Sustainable Development Strategy
The Company's sustainability strategy is effectively supervised by the Board of Directors and reviewed annually to ensure it aligns with the Company's vision, stakeholders' expectations, and global sustainability trends. To ensure the sustainability strategy is consistent with the Company's overall strategy, the Company has established a supervisory unit: the ESG Sustainability Committee, and an executive unit: the Sustainability Coordination Team. Each unit has dedicated (part-time) personnel, and the responsible supervisors regularly report to the Board of Directors to ensure policy and implementation are linked, providing guidance for all departments to achieve sustainability goals.
The company regularly submits an annual risk assessment to the board of directors and proposes the company's sustainable development strategy and action plan for the following year at the board meeting. The board of directors provides advice and promotes related sustainable activities.

Sustainable Development Goals
1.Comply with laws and regulations and disclose relevant sustainable information.
2.Protect the rights and interests of stakeholders and keep confidential information.
3.Inventory, integrate and build comprehensive company system norms.
4.Concerns about quality assurance and production safety of employees and supply chain in product applications.
5.Greenhouse gas emissions data will be verified by a third party, with 2024 set as the baseline year for greenhouse gas emissions, and a target of reducing emissions by 30% by 2030 compared to the baseline year.
